Warranty & Return Policy

Warranty

All of our products come with a warranty:

  • Aftermarket tailgate handles and rearview mirrors – 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • OEM replacement parts (cameras and door handles) – 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • All other items – 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Batteries – 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Limitations:

  • Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only.
  • Shipping costs are not covered under warranty.
  • Products will only be replaced once under warranty coverage.

100% Fit Guarantee

Our 100% fitment guarantee applies only to fitment issues. Returns due to change of mind or purchasing the wrong item are subject to shipping costs (see below).


Returns

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund.
  • Return Process: All returns require an RMA number. Returns without an RMA may experience delays in processing. Please request an RMA via our "Contact Us" page before returning an item.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns except for defective items or fitment issues.

Return Shipping Responsibility:

  • For returns due to change of mind or incorrect purchase, the customer is responsible for both the initial shipping charge and return shipping costs.
  • For fitment issues or defective products, PartsMt will issue a prepaid return shipping label (call tag) for the return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a certain timeframe.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Restocking fees do not apply to returns due to defects or fitment issues.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as some processing delays may occur.

Shipping for Returns & Replacements

  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returns due to change of mind or incorrect purchase.
  • For warranty replacements, the replacement product is provided free of charge.
  • For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
