Shipping to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia and other countries is available. The shipping rate for international shipments will be calculated at Checkout.

*International Orders Note: Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your countries customs and duties prior to ordering as Master Tailgaters is not responsible for any import/export customs duties to your country.

Standard USA shipping normally takes 3-5 days. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders will be shipped via PartsMT best methods which may include USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, and other carriers.

International shipment times may vary, please contact us with any questions.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. All returns require a RMA number. Returns without a RMA may be delayed in processing. Please contact us to be issued a RMA using our "Contact Us" page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
